Note: All services and service levels along with any limitations are defined in our master service agreement which can be viewed by clicking here and your statement of work that you will receive when you become a client. Unlimited remote and on-site support are provided during business hours only, which are defined in the statement of work. Unlimited on-site support in provided within 30 miles unless otherwise defined in your statement of work. After hours and holiday support is available and may have an additional fee schedule. Included server management is limited to 2 physical or virtual servers. Cloud backups are limited to 2 endpoints and 5TB of cloud storage which is shared with M365 backups. Additional managed servers, backup licenses, and cloud storage are available for additional fees.
